Carole S. Neeley
Carole Neeley is the owner and administrator of
Tennessee Real Estate and Comprehensive Sales
School, also known as TRECS.
In her twenty year career in real estate, she has
successfully attained designations as an Accredited
Buyers Representative, a Certified Residential
Brokerage Manager, and is attaining her Certified
International Property Specialist designation. She
has counseled new firms, successfully training sales
staff, operations and compliance personnel. She held
training seminars for the State of Tennessee for
several years before pursuing her real estate career
and has been a real estate course instructor for the
past 17 years, in addition to ownership and daily
operations of the school.
Over time, with her individual training and many
experiences, she has amassed a great amount of
knowledge for consumer needs. She has acquired a
better understanding of the personality types,
cultural differences and generation challenges that
face anyone in today's business market. Not just in
real estate, but in the marketplace as a whole for
many of the goods and services that are provided
worldwide.
We believe that in an effort to set higher
standards, it is TRECS challenge to provide the
needed training for employees, contractors, or
commissioned personnel with the skills needed to
adapt in the market, present products more
effectively and be able to address any adverse
positions we may encounter.
Since we are all sales or service oriented in our
positions, TRECS can develop that talent and create
an increase in sales revenue with our efficient,
informative, motivational and inspirational courses.
