Affiliate Broker License
High
School Degree or GED.
60 classroom hours in Real Estate Fundamentals,
approved by Tennessee Real Estate Commission.
The 30-hour "Course for New Affiliates" must be
completed prior to applying for license.
16 hours of approved continuing education every two
years thereafter.
Broker License
Must be actively licensed as an Affiliate Broker
for 3 years.
120 classroom hours in Real Estate training to be
eligible for test.
This must include thirty (30) hours of
"Office/Brokerage Management".
120 hours of additional post education must be
completed within 3 years of the date of issuance of the
broker
license for a total of 240 hours. |

education in each 2 year renewal plus as required by
