Objections
This course is the one most needed and least taught
in any industry. It addresses the presentation
skills directed toward overcoming issues or
rejections. The objective is to learn to anticipate
an adverse situation and be prepared to handle it
using viable options. We will address personality
typing, psychographics, and certain other tendencies
we will deal with. Remember the saying, "You can
lead a horse to water...."? Think of how that
applies when you are closing for that sales
contract, product order or selling that appetizer or
